THE REALLY FULL SERVOS DRIVE MACHINE

Shaftless full servos drive by full sets of German made Bosch Rexroth servos system for e.g. front and rear diamond finished web feed drums, unwind and rewind shafts, rotary die-cut station main power etc.
German made E + L EPC web guider with register photocell (position sensor) able to do 2nd pass for printed reel by perfect registration.
Carrier (backing paper or PET) underneath the through-cut web, plus static eliminator ensures cut pieces send to conveyor for deliver stacking smoothly.
Customized made collecting box able for multiple lines delivery and stacking upon request.
